Official Fee Schedule
Last updated: July 2026
This fee schedule details the full fees and payments charged by TINQ for its services, in accordance with the transparency obligation applicable to financial asset service providers. The actual fees charged to you are always displayed on the action confirmation screen before it is performed.
1. Trading Fee (Buy and Sell)
A trading fee of 0.45% of the value of each digital currency purchase or sale transaction, charged transparently at the time the transaction is executed. There are no hidden fees beyond this rate and the spread built into the displayed rate.
2. Currency Conversion Fee
A direct conversion between two digital currencies (for example, from Bitcoin to Ethereum) without passing through shekels, involves a trading fee at the same rate as the regular buy/sell fee, calculated on the value of the conversion.
3. Deposit and Withdrawal Fees
Deposit via bank transfer or credit card in New Israeli Shekels: no fee. Withdrawal of funds to a bank account: no fee, subject to frequency limits and processing times detailed on the "Balance Inquiry and Withdrawal" page.
4. Network / Gas Fees
Transferring a digital asset outside the platform, to an external wallet, involves a network fee (Gas Fee) charged by the relevant blockchain network and does not constitute income for the company. The amount of this fee varies according to real-time network load and is fully displayed before confirming the transfer.
5. Recurring Order Fee
Setting up, updating and cancelling a recurring order for periodic purchase does not involve a separate fee. Every actual execution of the recurring order is subject to the regular trading fee as stated in Section 1.
6. Special Fees for Business and VIP Customers
Business customers and customers on the VIP track may be entitled to reduced fee rates, according to a specific agreement signed with them. Full details are provided to the relevant customer upon joining the track.
7. Changes to the Fee Schedule
The company may update this fee schedule from time to time. A change to the basic trading fee will take effect no earlier than 14 days from the date the notice is published on the site, and will not apply to transactions performed before the effective date.
