FAQ

Everything people ask us, in one place

Is TINQ regulated?+

Yes. We operate under Financial Asset Service Provider license No. 68641, supervised by the Capital Market, Insurance and Savings Authority. You can verify the license in the Authority's official registry at any time.

How are my money and crypto kept safe?+

Digital assets are held in BitGo's institutional custody infrastructure, in managed cold wallets, fully segregated from company funds. Full details on our security page.

Which coins can I buy?+

Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Ripple, Litecoin, Cardano, Avalanche, Polygon, Sui and USDC - and the list keeps growing. Buy and sell in shekels, with no unnecessary conversions.

How do I deposit and withdraw funds?+

Deposit by bank transfer from your Israeli bank account, and withdraw back to the same account. You can also set up a monthly recurring buy that purchases for you automatically.

What about taxes?+

When you withdraw profits to your bank account, we withhold the tax at source (25% capital gains tax) and transfer you the net amount - in most cases there is nothing more to do. We also generate an orderly annual tax report for you at the click of a button. More in ourtax guide .

I'm completely new to crypto. Where do I start?+

Start with ourBlog - short guides in simple Hebrew - or simply ask the smart assistant right here on the site. When you feel ready, open a free account and start with a small amount.
