Accessibility Statement

This document constitutes a draft general accessibility statement. An actual accessibility audit must be performed by a certified accessibility examiner (accessibility coordinator / accessibility expert), and the sections must be updated according to the actual audit findings and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013, before publication.

TINQ places great importance on providing equal and accessible service to all site visitors, including people with disabilities, and works to make the site accessible in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013.

1. Company Commitment

We see digital accessibility as an integral part of our vision to provide equal, transparent and available financial service to the entire public in Israel, and we work continuously to improve the site experience for users with various disabilities.

2. Accessibility Standard

The site was designed to meet the accessibility adjustment requirements set out in the regulations, based on the international WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) standard version 2.1, level AA, insofar as applicable to the nature of the services presented on the site.

3. Accessibility Measures Implemented

  • Orderly and clear page structure supporting keyboard navigation and screen readers.
  • Alternative text (Alt Text) for meaningful images and icons.
  • Adequate color contrast between text and background for improved readability.
  • Ability to enlarge text using browser functions without impairing the site menu.
  • Consistent support for Hebrew language and RTL direction across all site pages.

4. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the site, particularly advanced interactive components (such as charts, calculators and animations), may not yet be fully accessible. We are continuously working to identify and fix these accessibility gaps.

5. Alternative Services

Any user having difficulty performing an action on the site due to an accessibility limitation is invited to contact our customer service team by phone or WhatsApp, and we will help them complete the requested action in an alternative way.

6. Accessibility Coordinator

Inquiries, comments and requests regarding accessibility can be directed to the company's accessibility coordinator by email accessibility@tinq.co.il. We will strive to respond to every inquiry within a reasonable time.

7. Statement Updates

This accessibility statement is reviewed and updated periodically following changes to the site and periodic accessibility audits.
